| Family - World Marriage Day World Marriage Day 2008 – Start Planning Now Jose & Marilyn Garcia
Dear Lovers, Summer vacation is almost over, and it is time to start making plans for World Marriage Day 2008, to be celebrated on the second Sunday in February, February 10, 2008. World Marriage Day honors husband and wife as the head of the family, which is the basic unit of society, and is a US-wide celebration sponsored by Worldwide Marriage Encounter. All US Bishops and Diocesan Family Life offices will soon be receiving a mailing from the WWME WMD US Coordinators about the celebration. There is an excellent package now available with resources and great creative ideas for the 2008 celebration in your local communities. The package has been sent to all local area leaders, and it is also available at wmd.wwme.org.
