The attached flyer is available on the Marriage Encounter website. It’s not new, but it is a reminder that there are lots of valuable tools available. San Diego is on a campaign to use the flyer in conjunction with pulpit talks. With the approval of our pastors, we’re inserting the flyer in parish bulletins, placing them in the pews or even using them in the pamphlet racks in place of or in addition to the tri-fold registration forms.

We especially like the quote, “Our Weekend was a gift from heaven… my eyes were opened to a whole new world of living.” This works well with the theme of the 2006 Section 11 Convention, “Living the Counter-cultural Lifestyle… Rebels with a Cause.” The convention will be held in the Los Angeles area on July 15-16 and would make a perfect adjunct for encountered couples planning a California vacation.
