Dear Believers in the Dream,
We were reminded this morning of something that has been on our
hearts for some time. Let's join together in saying the Recruiting
prayer daily. We pray for Vocations at the beginning of every Sunday
mass. This prayer like our theme song could also be said together
at the end of every gathering!!!
"Oh Mary our Mother. Hear us as we come before
you. Your son Jesus chose the Marriage Feast at Cana to manifest
His first miracle. Because of this miracle, you and your Son showed
the world how much you love couples.
Please inspire us with your loving heart to reach out as you did.
Influence our words and actions to invite others to experience
a Worldwide Marriage Encounter Weekend. Help us to overcome our
fears and insecurities so that we can share God's plan for marriage.
Allow us to be your instruments, and we can change the world.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen."
We know that many are already saying this prayer, we just haven't
seen it as a nation wide challenge, like we do dialogue and inviting.
