| Love Letters - Leadership A New Year's Message Bob & Joy Hernandez and Fr. Chuck Kosanke "The Lord bless you and keep you! The Lord let his face shine upon you and be gracious to you! The Lord look upon you kindly and give you peace." As we celebrate the solemnity of Mary, Mother of God, this scripture reading from the Book of Numbers ushers us into 2004. As the U.S. Secretariat Ecclesial Team, we feel honored to serve you and our Church in this role. We pray the blessing given by God to Moses will surround each of you and fill your hearts with the knowledge that you are chosen for spiritual leadership in our beloved movement. A new year reminds us of a pure white canvas, empty, yet filled with tantalizing possibilities. The shape, texture, and color are ours to choose. Will we use bold, strong colors or soft pastels? What brush strokes will best express who we are and what is important to us? Our hope is that, guided by faith and love, all of us will have the confidence to paint a masterpiece that will glorify our loving Father. In 2004, we will continue to rely upon your prayers as we journey the path set before us. Our greatest inspiration is your support and belief in us. We carry your message of unconditional love to all we meet across America and around the world. We love you, Bob & Joy and Fr. Chuck
