| News - Conventions 31st Asian Conference to be Held in Sri Lanka Nihal & Shyamali with Fr.Obris We have no website. However we wish to forward you the following information for publication. The 31st Asian Conference has been scheduled to be held in Sri Lanka from 17th to 22nd September 2006. There will be about 1500 ME couples participating at the inaugural ceremony with their children in Albert F. Peiris indoor stadium, Wennappuwa. The opening mass will be offered by the Bishop Raymond Peiris with a number of priests. The inaugural ceremony will include the opening mass and a cultural show presented by the delegates. The closing mass will be offered by Rev. Fr. Davis George the Asian Coordinating Priest together with delegate priests in St. Joseph’s Church, Wennappuwa. There will be a gala night celebration after the closing mass on the 22nd September. The Asian Conference has awakened all the ME couples in Sri Lanka. The team couples and priests are working very hard to make it a success. We need more prayers. We will send you some photos and an article about the conference after the event.
