Monsignor Braden Leaves Hospital
John & Ann Arnold
Greetings editors,
Msgr. Leroy Braden, Section 10, has been very ill this year. He
had not been able to say a mass all year, until the mass shown in
the picture that he said for the Section Board. You should have
seen his face light up when they wheeled him into the chapel at
St. Joseph's hospital in Houston and he saw all the lovers waiting
for him.
This week he was released from the hospital and is back at St.
Dominic's nursing home. His spirits have been renewed as he has
tossed the PJs and is back in his priestly blacks, sitting in his
wheel chair ready to be a priest serving his people instead of being
a patient in a hospital bed. We believe Marriage Encounter is his
primary reason to go on living.
Thanks to all who have prayed for and visited him.
We love and appreciate your caring support.
