World Priest Day celebration in Baker City, Oregon

On Sunday September 19th, St Francis de Sales Parish in Baker City, OR celebrated a bilingual Mass to honor their priests. Snake River Marriage Encounter joined hands with the Knights of Columbus to host the celebration. At the close of Mass, Certificates of Appreciation were presented to Rector Very Reverend Robert C. Irwin and Associate Pastor Camillus Fernando. Following Mass, a Burrito Breakfast was prepared and served by the Knights of Columbus Council 849. After Breakfast, games were played outdoors on the lawn. The younger children enjoyed piñatas. During the games all were entertained by a music group called Los Alcons (The Falcons). One member of the band came all the way from Bruno, ID.
